Cathedral View began its corporate program life many years ago when its founders worked within the city environment and realised the importance of facilitating groups in stress management and personal well being. To manifest this realisation, Business & Beyond was established in 2002 to meet the needs of corporate clients who recognised the benefits of looking after employees. When employees are felt cared for, productivity and morale is boosted and it is becoming a necessity to include work-lifestyle balance programmes in people training and development portfolios.
