Using privacy, tranquillity and stimulating natural surroundings a special space is created allowing every woman to feel and direct her inner energy and let the plasticity of the mind, relax, rejuvenate and divert inspiration into a new focus. When combined with meditation, discussion topics, life forums, Tai Chi and a whole range of accessible natural therapies specifically tailored to your mind and body, it's no wonder women are escaping for a couple of days or extensive programs to indulge themselves and create fresh outlooks on their life.

Kay and Nora were empowered to create this unique program of change and self communication from the legend of their logo – The Dragonfly.
Legends say that a dragon full of wisdom with its magical breath once got caught by her own magical illusion transforming her into a dragonfly. Her spirit became the essence of the gentle winds of change delivering messages of wisdom and enlightenment from the elements and spirits of nature. The tranquillity and colours of her gentle wings remind us of her importance and magic and the colour and gentility no longer always seen in our now everyday life. The energy the dragonfly has helps empower us to break down the minds illusions that can restrict our actions, ideas and progress as women.
