Marysville Bushfires - Saturday 7 2009

Sadly as the tremendous firestorm ravaged the picturesque village of Marysville causing so much pain and loss across the community the Cathedral View team salvaged their client's private details and a few personal possessions.

As Kay and Nora just escaped to assist others the firestorm engulfed their renowned Buxton Cathedral View retreat and destroyed their Bed & Breakfast and their very special sensory walk.

Kay and Nora are safe, well and full of the motivation to assist others with the tragedy and will rebuild their venture for all their clients. They are working to help others, a critical part of crisis recovery.

They pass on their deepest sympathy to all those affected by this tragedy and thank everyone from the bottom of their hearts for the many emails, phone calls, donations and the support they have received.

They have been asked to provide practical information on how others can support them, their venture, and the community in chaos and will update these details as they change.

While some services are obviously affected they are continuing with assisting the community with massages and are progressing with some women's retreats and their other special programs.

Please make contact for more information.
